Oil Painting CARBON STEEL crimped wire mesh/ vibrating screen mesh with Hook & Sheath for Mining and Quarry
1. Crimped wire mesh is also called woven vibrating screen mesh, crusher screen mesh. It is made of spring steel wire (high carbon steel wire, medium carbon steel wire, manganese steel wire) and stainless steel wire.
The crusher vibrating screen has different weaving types and edge preparations. The Main Weaving types are Plain weave crimp, Lock crimp,intermediate crimp &Flat top crimped
Crimped Wire Mesh is widely used in industry for filtration, separation, crushing, grading, sizing and shifting. It is applicable for a variety of materials, ranging from minerals, stones and ores. Due to its rigid design and excellent protection against abrasions, it is highly suitable for processing heavy abrasive materials like crushed stones, sand and gravel coal.
2. Main Wire Material
(1 ) Mild Steel or Low Carbon Steel
(2) Black wire: Black steel wire, also known as high carbon steel wire with greater hardness and added manganese, it is called high manganese crimped wire mesh with increased wearing resistance. Commonly used in the mining screen mesh. Most Common manganese steel are 45 # Mn, 65 # Mn.
(3)Galvanized wire: Electro or Hot-dip Gal with small wire diameter for food and agriculture
(4)Galvanized Redrawing Wire:
Compared with galvanized steel wire, the redrawing wire miss one line of annealing processing:
- Galvanized wire process :Rod - Drawing - annealing - drawing - annealing - galvanized.
- Redrawing wire process is: Rod - Drawing - annealing - Zinc Plating - Drawing.
As a result of the processing difference, galvanized redrawing wire has more strength compared with common galvanized wire, less good corrosion resistance and it costs less.
(5) Stainless steel wire: SUS304, 316, 304L, etc.
